Dragon Robotics: Bioscience High School's Only Sports Team
Dragon Robotics is the most prominent club at Bioscience High School and acts as the school’s sports team. Every year, the team hosts a spirit week the week before the Arizona Regional competition to spread the team’s enthusiasm for the event throughout the school. At the end of the week, all of the Bioscience Students sign a good-luck poster for the team to hang in its pit. Two years ago, Dragon Robotics even managed to send all of the students at its school to the competition to support the team. Last year, Dragon Robotics participated in Bioscience High School’s SciTech festival and invited another team, the Falcon Robotics to join. The robotics team has been heavily involved in the school’s affairs; including holding a penny war every year during Spirit Week, collaborating heavily on projects such as building the field for its FLL tournament with another of the most prominent clubs, E-Tech, an engineering club, and seeing participation in its various events from the Student Government and the National Honor Society.
